thankyou, he certianly made a nice changed from the squabbling starlings.

Sadly, one of our pair of Dunnocks has an injured leg, holding it completely off the ground. Seems to be managing to eat and fly ok, so fingers crossed he/she survives and the young in the nest will be ok too.

Nice one, the legs always look so delicate. I tried to get a adult the other day but all I got was a legless round blob Just wish they would keep still long enough.

BTW I've been around the countryside all my life and this the first juvenile Robin I've ever seen, great photo.
