This is part of the local wetland/pond area that we walk around and where I occasionally see great blue herons. It's a popular walking spot; it totals about 3.5km if you walk around both ponds. It's also a very popular site for Canada Geese and local ducks. At certain times of year it's advisable to watch where your feet are placed rather than enjoy the view.
