Flash Arms

Having looked at lots of setups, I think a flash arm setup maybe cheaper than a decent ring flash, any recomendations?

I have remote trigger and currently use studio flash stands but they are a touch unwieldy

These are ok a touch inflexiable. I had to use a elastic band to keep one head in place

saw these but I have something similar (Wimberly Plamp) but would not think that would hold a flash

If you tell me the weight of the flash you are thinking of I will try to see if mine will work for the same weight or not.
