Thank you Byker28i, I blew the bubble inside a coffee mug until it came over the top, hardest part was getting the angle right to catch the colours before it burst :)
 
Ah interesting. I've used bubble mix blowing it onto a mirror before... The hardest part is always the lighting.
The other alternative is to mix poster paints with soapy water

Without wishing to advertise, I found Fairy Liquid gave the best colours, bubble mix was poor in comparison, I can't give you the equation e.g. 2 to 1 or the like as I did it by guess work :)
