clone the "telegraph" pole imho would help and the top of the white under garment a small crop...intensify the head impact

that seems a lot better to me....my initial attention to an image of mine is ..CC.. crop and clone...sometimes worth investigating...sometimes they dont work but this does..
she does seem to be looking into an mind event with some remorse and regret
