Forum running painfully Slow (Anyone ? )

Hi Guys

Anyone having any issues with pages loading slow and/or not loading at all ?

I`m trying to access different forums and its taking between 15 - 30 seconds for pages to load , on some occasions I have to re-submit a page 3/4 times as it wont load at all ..

I`m on fibre optic , just checked everything from my end and all is good , 120Mbps download & 19mps upload is what I`m getting at the minute ...

Had a similar experience a short while ago but all seems "normal" again now.
