Hello all

this is more of a what do you prefer with framing prints

what finish of paper do you all use? Glossy/Lustre/Matt and so on

what do you use and what do you find customers like to see?

i've had great results with Lustre finish but wondered if Matt or even Glossy may stand out more

Thanks

If i print on glossy paper my framing guy always recommends i use low reflective glass (something about glossy pictures losing contrast behind 'shiny' glass)

I generally use lustre or matt paper for my prints going to frame and the results always look good behind normal glass :)

I didn't realise there was such a thing lol

It's always interesting to hear other perspective to give ideas, thanks

Yep, Lustre is always the best IMO, good either without or with glass in front. Glossy always looks a little old fashioned now and Matt only really works behind glass.
