Looking at photo 2, If you drop the aperture on the lens from f22 to something like f8 you will probably not see the sensor spots. Although not the sky of pic 2, you can see there's no dust spots in photo 1 as the aperture is @ f4.5.

Also, I would try blowing the spots away with a rocket blower before you touch the sensor. Take lens off, and with camera facing to the floor blow the rocket blower to shift any dust...Test, repeat if necessary. If not successful, then look to using the eyelead cleaner or a wet clean of sensor.
