Frog Symphony

We were on the way to our regular herping spot when we spotted what we thought was a snake on the road. We stopped to inspect but it turned out to be a dead eel. Not a total disappointment though. If I hadn't got out of the car, I wouldn't have noticed this frog symphony. I recorded this with my crappy old smartphone. And since facebook wouldn't let me post just the audio, I created this short clip with stills of some of the frogs I have photographed.

Nice Kurt! There's a spot about a mile from my house that is a frog breeding ground every year in early spring. If you have the windows down, you can hear them loudly as you drive by.
