Nicely done Dave. I like the crop and the concentration showing on his face in the first. A nice bit of processing too. The second is great as it shows just how powerful nature is and that we should respect that. I love shots that show something that occurs infrequently like this.
I like both but prefer #1 for the theme as well. Looks good in mono - would assume a bit busy in colour.
#2 - someone's got a lot of clearing up to do!
Tow nice shots, Dave. Wow, never thought the sea could be that powerful to shift all that material.
That second one is eye-opening! Nice B&W street shot as well.
That's my kind of bench, sit down and stretch my legs out.
Broken - I too like the pier best.
Ability - 2 good shots there, the 2nd certainly shows the affects of the recent storms
Is the street shot pre-focused similar to using a rangefinder type camera? A time lapse shot showing all that shingle on the move would have been interesting to see
Very nice Dave
I like the raindrops on the snowdrops, but I thought this meant spring was in the air [emoji22] more winter weather then [emoji16]
Is the freezer shot coming later? I still have no inspiration.
Nicely done - I'm looking forward to some of that sunlight!
Snowdrops is my insurance shot for this week but taken yesterday
Nicely taken Dave. Bang on theme and not to much of an archive according to the exif.
X100V eh? When does it arrive? (I saw the saga in the fuji thread).
Great winter shot, lovely colours and exposure
Ability 2 great shots Dave No 1 for me.
Winter lovely image of the snow drops really like it
That's nice Dave, looks like natural lighting, and raindrops on snowdrop look good.
Lovely pov on the snowdrops. Most definitely a sign of winter.
Nice winter shot Dave, you even had some sunshine.
Lovely shot, sharp on the raindrops and petals, they look so delicate and nice with all the green to compliment the shot
Very nice shot of the snowdrops!
Really suits the B&W treatment
Just looked up the book and it fits perfectly.
