Fuji macro

Hi All.

I hope this is in the right section but if not please, mods, could you move it.

I have a Canon 7D II and Fuji XT-1 ( I also have an XT-3 on order ) I want to use my Fuji for Macro. I only need manual focus. I want a lens for use with both cameras so I thought about something like a Canon-fit, Tamron 90mm Macro. I'm assuming I can use this with the Fuji via an adapter.

I intend to use manual focus but I want to be able to change aperture and use the camera's metering if possible, though if I get the exposure shown properly on the EVF on the Fuji then that won't matter.

Questions are:

1. Will this happen?
2. What adapter would I need to buy to allow this and would you recommend one?

EDIT I now understand this lens doesn't have an aperture ring and so would default to wide open and therefore of limited use. Is there a similar lens I could use with a manual aperture ring? It seems unlikely that a Canon-fit lens exists which would do this. Is this right?

If so it seems I'd need to forget the Canon and Fuji interchangeability and stick with one for Fuji at the moment. How about a Nikon AF 60mm f/2.8D Micro or similar?

Thanks for your help
