Gannet over black water

The gannets are flying low, and as the sun set behind me the cliffs cast a very dark shadow over the sea. It was still bright, so I tried to get the exposure right on the bird knowing the sea would turn virtually black

Tis lovely this,well thought out and captured. mike The splashes of reflected blue..... leading wing edges grab me buddy I don't not like them it's more the opposite actually . More an observation of what I see than critique TFS
