Garden Flower 1st Macro Advise

So I've finally got the time to use my camera Canon 650d been in the garden today and had a few shots, took this one, I'm pleased with it any advise would be great...

Just a bit off info, taken in manual mode, no flash on a tripod bit off editing in lightroom..
