Im hopefully looking for some feedback regarding my photography in general. Im a longish term hobbyist on a budget, Im looking to take things to the next level and im thinking some lightroom courses are the way to go. All shot on a D300s with a 85mm 1.8

Please dont hold back ;p

Hi

Like no 2 and 3, no 1 looks a bit over exposed.

Thanks

Why do you think you need some Lightroom courses? These are great!

#1 is marginally over exposed.
#2 doesn't need the vignette, it's made her arm go grey - but is otherwise fab
#3 I think would have been better shot from much closer with a wider angle. That's rather a traditional approach to skate shots but it does work.

I would say check out tutorials on youtube or such like. I am no way an expert, but this is what I see.
# 1 Over exposed, needs to find a sharp point on the eyes
# 2 Best of the bunch by far, good lighting, good colour and very sharp.
# 3 Not sure what it is but it's just not grabbing, perhaps a close crop maybe.

1. Slightly over exposed and soft focus wise

2. Hate the Vignette and you cut off her fingers

3.longer lens would have made this shoot better

Just keep at it is best advice - practice makes perfect etc etc etc

Les ;)
