hey ash great set up and super shots. I'm stuck at getting the water out over the top of the bottle with my air valve I had lying around. physics eh!

Aye, I have two valves, one of which is one of those two way valves. Just blocked the end with blue tac

The flow rate I succeed with, at a height of about 25-35cm, is that just below at which the water coming out the valve is a constant flow/stream. So, turn it to that, and then turn it down until it's just starting to produce droplets out of the end of the valve, and that should be about right.
