That has a very 'classic image meets photoshop' look to it - that's a compliment BTW. Really like the composition, expression, softly muted colours that compliment each other so well.
The one issue that leaps out to me is the blurring used changes just a little too abruptly around the hands, not looking like natural bokeh, and the face is just a bit too defined compared with the OOF bits. You'll probably tell me it was shot with a Lomo camera and photshop has nothing to do with it!
