Afternoon all, well the packing has started.

I'm a little bored so, I'm going to give a tip. First person to view has to add tip #2, etc.

After all, we don't want anyone getting to Glen Coe only to realise they have forgotten their tripod, eh @Mardybum  :$

#1. charge your batteries/bring your charger

Cheers.

2 #don't forget your tripod :D

OK, I won't be attending but will add a couple of tips and hints...

If you have a spare tripod, take it and a QR plate(!) with you in case someone has forgotten theirs. Similarly, if you have a universal charger, take it (and relevant power leads) just in case!

#Tip 6 - Power bank for your mobile phone on the move - with intermittent signals they will use a lot more battery power

#Tip 7 - Screen grab mobile numbers or get them in your phone contacts

#Tip 8 - Sleeping Bag (+ Pillow)

#Tip 9 - Base layers - it's either going to be cold / windy / wet or a combination?

Keep 'em coming. I'll be checking them on Wednesday one final time before my gear comes downstairs.

Head torch if your out at night- it does get dark up this way. Lol

Ideally one with a red light and dimmable functions. Oh, and make sure all in the vicinity know when you're taking a long exposure so they don't walk through the shot with their head torch on during it... (If they do, don't swear at them - human nature means that they'll look at you if you do, shining the torch down the lens.

Looking forward to seeing the results and doing a little anti rain dance for you all.

I won't be coming this weekend :( . Chest is still full of "man flu" and a 1000 mile round trip with random coughing fits doesn't seem the most sensible idea.

On a good point though.... at least the campsite will be quieter.... :D

Try and not to have too much fun without me ;)

#11 DON'T look at the weather forecast. I did, and it was a big mistake!

#12 if you're camping without power, still take your chargers so you can sweet talk Lynne into plugging stuff in for you ;)
