It's still too cold mind you. No snow for us, just some heavy frosts but cold winds and rain still prevalent....

Nice shot Paul this is a Dicyrtomina saundersi one the larger globbies at around 2.5mm long.

It wasn't the biggest Alf, maybe 1.5mm but perhaps he/she has a bit of growing to do still.

They are one of the larger species I spotted one from about 6 foot the other day.
The likes of Sminthurinus niger are are hard to see at all,
