Wild God they smell

ThisHare came within 8 feet of us and stopped for 45mins,couldn't get it all in with my 400mm.It fed,scratched,and washed right in front of us,we felt very privileged to see it and be so close.At no time did it seem distressed and took no notice of us.

Oh, gods! I'd've been ecstatic to have been party to a shot like that. What a wonderful moment. ^_^

I've still yet to see a hare of any kind, personally - they're effectively extinct locally. Thankfully, Oryctolagus cuniculus has fared more fortunately.
