I like it Paul, nice shot 
.......and I'll be honest, I'm not a massive fan of reflection pools but think the pose and not having the full reflection adds here ( just personal choice )
Critique isn't always welcome in the birding section, so apologies in advance if its not what you're looking for but I thought the bird looked a little dark
Quick edit, lifted shadows and added a little brightness just the bird, thought it gave it a bit of a boost
