From the corner of the eye, as I was shooting
today at the marsh, I saw these ol'folks setting
up for the day… most probably.

They both diligently, and in few trips, carried
their gear and stuff from the car and, while he
was building up the the rods, she took care of
their comfort. Now, the day may start!

They might have wanted to wear the Sunday best clothes ... perhaps maybe. Or have the champagne out :)

In this rural area there are many farms, these guys
had to be in the barn before and surely later. For
all I know, they must be in the barn twice a day
every day… and today is Thursday! :p
 
They look retired ... every day is a Sunday (or in my case I don't know what day it is). With your caption and knowing you are there to photograph some birds it is a well captured image, without the text I don't think it would go far.

It's just a friendly sight… people enjoying the
environment they live in… no masterpiece! :cool:
 
Enjoying their retirement in one of the best possible ways :)
 
Love the story and the picture. It's photos like that drive the imagination and curiosity. Love it
