taken on my oly C765 long time ago...sorry about quality

this is the GR20 chain of mountains in corsica...this spot is easy to get to via dried river gorges, ladders and chains...saw a cow up here. without sticks and boots...??

That first shot looks a delight. I've done small sections of the GR5, GR10 and GR11.

you must be a superman!!
the germans, swiss and austrians ran up the slopes...??
we got up to one lodge near this point...as you know they are accessible from the car parks via dry streambeds and woodland paths
we were there around 2006....when did you do your adventures
btw...those boar stews were great!!
 
The GR5 - La Flegere to lac Blanc
GR10 - Lac Bious Artigues to lac Gentau (several times)
GR11 Piedtrafita to Ibon de Piedrafita & Benasque to Ibonette de Batisielles

These were shortish two hours out and 90 mins back type trails to get to some lakes in the Alps/Pyrenees I like.

our highest trek..the thousand steps nepal...the steps from hell
pokhara to a village just above ghandruk on the way to ABC...at christmas with anapurna dakshun as a view..

we did madiera pico do arieiro to pico ruivo..they let you off at the top off one and trek to the other..up and down up and down...the tunnels were closed so we got our moneys worth for distance

never did get up fuji or kenya as we were on a tour then

and of course ben nevis...1961
