Critique Great Witley Church in HDR

I like both images, Jeff. No2 comes out on top for it's clarity and it appears more balanced in landscape format.
I like the first image for it's depth. However, as I look into the image, my eyes are having a battle between the font and the large painting in the ceiling. It may be an idea to revisit, step back a few metres, and capture the whole painting

NOw that's how HDR should be treated.

A couple of good images Jeff, loads of detail and you've got he HDR spot on.

Would have to agree with Philip though, the cutting off of the ceiling painting does detract a little.

A great pair of images with great detail.

I am wondering what you mean by single shot HDR, is it the camera blending a number of shots and producing a single shot or is it done in post processing?

I though the HDR required a number of varying exposures to work with.

Nice work Jeff.

I like No.2 the best - the white balance seems to have a little more warmth in the tones?
