Comments welcome (unless you are a forensic scientist!) :D

Nice one! Is that with the 100-400 II?

Captured the bird well Robin, nice perch with the added greenery and good feather detail ... from the forensic point of view ( :D ) it looks to have a bit of a magenta cast (or reflection?) :)

I was also going to ask about the colour cast ?

Good clean shot though - I'm not getting many Greenfinches this year.

You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to see the magenta
Apart from that it's a tidy shot Robin (y)

Sometimes I'm glad my colour vision is less than perfect...

Agree with the cast which is quite strong, otherwise its a good shot, I do like the lichen on the branch too, it makes for an interesting environment.
There are a few greenies on Cannock Chase, but not as many as in the past.

Better?....

The light has really brought out the colouring. I see them regulary on one my of feeders. They seem to be addicted to sunflower seeds.

....The light was very overcast all day but that sometimes helps.

The modded image looks good.
Nice pose and perch with good detail. Like the complimentary colour tones in the background also.

Very interesting pic, like the bough that he's on.

Not seen any for a couple of years now also not on the Chase.
