It might help if you say where you saw and the time of the year taken? (NB the latter on the surmise it was not recent?)

PS I think it is a juvenille and the closest I can get so far is a 1st winter Black Headed Gull.

The second image possibly an even younger bird as more brown feathers i.e. less adult plumage developed/showing?

right for the first one but for the second I was told that the
front part of the wing should be white!!! …confusing!

The one on the left is a Common Gull you said, and the right one a Yellow legged too?

This one's beak tip is not all black!!!

i would say

1st 3 pics are common gull, in pic 1 harsh light is affecting leg colour

pic 4, bird on right, can't make ,my mind up. Bill doesn't look right for yellow legged. Maybe Ring Billed Gull, (not 100% at all)
