Gurkha widow

That image I like very much, that face sure does tell a story.(y)

George.

Great image, the face of time :)

Every now and again, an image leaps out because it hits all the points, - this is certainly one.

Seb your Nepal shots are ridiculous. Really, really excellent.

Love the wide angle portraits (what lens?). Works so well for the environment.

I'd be interested in knowing what the PP was - maybe a before and after??

Hi Ian,
PP was 100% in Lightroom. Short answer is: I've adjusted everything, from exposure to sharpness. Nothing complicated though, 5 minutes job

I'm glad you like the shots. Wait for the full collection! BTW: All members of photoJourney Nepal 2015 (including me!) will donate their best images to the Gurkha Welfare Trust, hopefully they will put them in good use!

Wide angle: it may surprise you, but I'm using a cheap Sigma 15-30mm. It needs special treatment on certain occasions, but I love it, great value for money.

Lovely photograph as has been said before looks like it could be on the cover of national geographic. I love the colours, but also with that face could look lovely in B & W also I think.
