Hairy Dragonfly emerging

Went hunting again and found 6 emerging Hairy Dragonflies. They were very low down close to the water, so I had to roll my work trousers up to kneel safely in the mud. I think the muddy knees and strange looks from the fishermen were worth it though. Taken with 7D2 and 100-400mm mk2.

Very nice find mark, I've not seen any here yet but I was not near water, guess I'll have to have a walk to the lakes here.
I hope you took the dead skin with you, it would be good for a stack shot.

I have loads of "exuvia" back home, but have never thought of doing a stack shot. I'll give it a try.
