Skin looks good to me at this size. Don't looked pshped. I don't soften skin myself so I guess you did well :)

Looks very good to me Bill, but I have no idea as I haven't the skill or bravery to take a shot like that

Quite dramatic and stunning, although I hate tattoos ….. presumably they are "stick ons"
 
Good job. Skin processing is fine, there is still enough texture, to show she's not a barbie doll :)

Couple of points - on her left cheek (camera right) there is a small light spot, which I assume is caused by the nose ring, I would clone that out. Also, I think the image would have work better, if you had a rim light on her hair to give some separation.
