So I decided to visit Happisburgh during the break in the weather. Alas, arrived late and missed most of the colours plus an added bonus of getting my feet completely soaked. Yay!

I like the composition of the 1st. Whilst I appreciate it would have been dark i suspect a bit more of a shadow lift wouldn't help.

Very nice and peaceful shots Neil, amazing after yesterdays weather, though not sure if it was quite so vicious up your way.
The first has the more instant impact, especially with the colour in the sky, but the more I look, the more the second one appeals to me.

Two very nice images Neil, great composition, exposure, and for me just about the right amount of movement in the water. Preferring #1 purely for the light.
