I like one - nice and no blurred foliage (an absolute turn off of the highest imaginable factor in my world).
I can see a lot of blurred foliage in two and some OOF area's towards the back of 3. In scenes like this I aim for as short as possible to minisimise the odds of things you don't want to move, moving, whilst retaining some flow to the water. You can get away with 1/8th second. Take a few and you'll get one that's got water movement but no other movement or blend together some with water movement and a fast exposure that's at least faster than 1/focal length to avoid any blurred leaves etc.
