Heck Cow

Fine looking fellow....................

I think you should tweak the WB, Harry,
it would look even healthier!

Never seen or heard of these, are they a rare breed ?
Like your take on it filling the frame (y)

That edit done my another member just had a magenta/blue tinge on all my devices, doesn't look natural at all

…maybe you like cows and grass to be more yellow?
What may be a cause of discomfort could be due to your
viewing equipment or its calibration or else…

On both my studio and PP room screens, there is no
magenta/blue tinge.

and just maybe I see brown cows in green fields not pinky blue ones.

Just for your info my scrreens are calibrated as well

They were an experiment in Germany to try to reproduce an Auroch by the Heck brothers, link is on post.

Colour balance may well be in the eye of the beholder. I'd put neutral between the 2 TBH, and although Daniel's edit looks closer to neutral to me I think we see magenta/blue as less natural than green/yellow, so it stands out more.

Interesting looking beast, though not one I'd heard of before.

Don't know why but that link goes to your picture on flicker for me
I did a google search, makes interesting reading, don't think I'd want to get that close to one
Is there still just the one herd in the Uk ?
