Loving the muted colours in No1, along with the composition, the format seems just right for me.
Conversely, the wider image presented in No2 is well suited to the panoramic.
If I could change anything (and IF I were good enough with a cloning effect), I'd try and lose the telegraph pole in No1, it's the only thing which dates the image.

Cheers Paul, I know what you mean about those pesky telegraph poles and wires. I did manage to hide a couple :)

Both very nice Paul especially the composition of 2.
Just got back from there myself after spending the afternoon,

Have a happy 2017.

Really nice light in the first one and the frosty grass all brings it together.

cheers Neil and hopefully a good 2017 for yourself, I'm sure our paths will cross again soon.

Thanks Dominic, appreciate it.

No1 is lovely- you can feel the frost lol

I have removed the pole and wires also the shed to right of shot- I do love a clone challenge - Hope you don't mind?
