Not the sort of thing I usually go for but conditions were too good to resist on Christmas Eve up at High Dam in the Lake District

Was up there myself the previous day with sunny spells and because the water was like a mirror a swimmer in a wet/dry suit must have thought it was boring.So took the plunge .
Thats photography eh.

Those are nice Chris. I'd agree that number 3 is probably the pick of the set.

2 and 3 are both good. Nice reflections and a fair amount of colour even in this miserable time of the year.

1 is a miss due to 1) more sky needed at the top 2) a little ripple 3) it is not straight
