Hi All,

My second attempt at studio photography, and thought I'd share some shots I took over the weekend of my boys! :D

Nice and sharp eyes, cool poses, well lit, be happy and proud of them.
 
Not bad at all but there seems to be a colour issue - the first one is ok I think, the second two have a yellow cast, the other 3 a pinkyblue [magenta?] cast and look very cold :thinking:

However, poses are quite good, especially liking the headphones and with two models to hand, you can get loads of practice ;)
 
Great shots leeboy, guess they do need a little colour treatment as Yv suggests, but wonderful photos.

What setup do you use?
 
I agree there is a slight inconsistency with the white balance. I had 40D fixed at 5500K, but for some reason there was a slight variation in colour casting as can be seen :-(. I plan on correcting this in Canon's DPP :). Though some shots (shot 2 being one of them) have had some white balance tweaking, but still needs tweaking I agree.

I was using a Lencarta twin Smartflash head setup, one head (to left of shots) with a reflector scoop to blow out the white backdrop, the other was fitted with a 85cm softbox approx 2M high, pointing down about 45deg.
