First warm weather visitor this year - found on a stone at the edge of my small pond - so may have taken a dip but managed to get onto dry land. Encouraged onto the moss at the edge of the pond to warm up.

As an aside I have a log by way of a small tree root at the shallow end of my pond. Its been there years and is obviously saturated.
Enough for critters to get a drink from, or get a drink on, without getting their feet wet.

Cheers m8 - there are plenty of stones protruding out of the water, so most swimmers escape safely thank goodness.

The log seems more popular though as I guess its not "Slippy" ?
