PoW here is that shot for you.
Size 12 freshwater fishing hooks with barbs (no longer allowed I believe) Shot taken with Sigma 105 ex and full set of Kenko extension tubes at maximum magnification 2x lifesize. Point to shaft 4mm.

Cheers. Never knew how prominent the barbs were on a hook, and yes they are either banned or banned on most waters now. Need to check whate size they are now for reference. From what I remember size 12 & 14 are for Perch and other small fry lol. As a Carp fisherman i`m on the size 8 & 6`s i think. Not been for a few months now :thinking:

Haha I use 8's too for carp and I also haven't been for quite a while. No probs glad to help ;)
 
I know it was to show PoW extension tubes but I really like this shot, nice composition, colour and lighting.
 
Size 8 for Carp....... could catch a Great White on a size 8....

size 10`s for me.....
and no I havnt been for months either....

btw are they the Drennen sweetcorn hooks...?
