The most obvious are:
— the lack of DR
— the absence of micro contrast
— need keystoning tweaks.
As for the general tonalities, revisiting
the WB prior to conversion could be a
good idea.

The first glaring error for me is chopping the top of the flag pole thingy off. If you're going to chop bits off an image, it has to look deliberate. Verticals are an issue too.
