Does anyone have advice on how to balance uneven skies like this, so that left/right match? (in either PS or LR)

The light area on the left here is obviously really distracting.

Can't get replacement or gradient to work because of the fade. And content aware fill can't cope.

So what to do? Anyone have techniques please?

(This is just the too of the image, btw - not a pano)

Advice -don't fix it.

The sky will always be that bit brighter close to the position where the sun set (in this case maybe 40 mins prior) and it would look unnatural to rectify it.

It's a really nice picture. I'd be happy to call that mine.

This was what I was thinking - skies aren't normally even, and this looks quite natural.

Manually airbrush, abet digitally.

I.e. brush, sample use a quality tablet to set softness / opacity / size etc.

Thanks for the advice.

Unfortunately I don't have the skills (or equipment) to manually edit a graduated area. And not sure what inverted clone is?

You're probably right about not fixing it, but I feel the area on the left draws the eye too much as it's so light .

That said, I've just tried added a graduated blue tint, from left to right, which at least removes the whiteness a bit.
