Was in the garden with my Nikon bridge camera looking for butterfies when i saw this guy. Not a great shot but it shows the main points.

I see quite a few of these about every year but they are not easy to photograph so you did well.
 
Saw my first one ever on Sunday. Yeah they are small and move quick, you did well to catch it Pete. (y)
 
I saw my first one yesterday. Only saw it for a couple of seconds and wasn't sure what I had seen but then recalled this thread! Can appreciate the difficulty in getting that shot, Peter!
Hoping it revisits soon :)
