ICM ? Whats that?

Being a bit behind the times, I had never heard of ICM until yesterday when one of the forums I am on decided it might be a good subject for their monthly challenge.
I dont have an ND filter so just went into a dark corner of the garden this morning and snapped this. My first attempt.
