I do not think it is a female Wheatear, no eye strip and a little mono.

This is a very long shoot, but , it may be a Cobbs wren, it would have to have been blown way off course from its area of habitation. The Falkland Isles. :thinking:

It was quite a large bird - I'm still thinking female Wheatear :)

Dark bill, dark cheek and hint of white on the shoulder and under the wing, 1st Winter Stonechat is another possibility.
