Beginner Identify this gull please

Can anyone help me identify this one? It was on the small side for a gull. Taken inland over Whitlingham Broad in Norfolk.
Only thing I can come up is some sort of juvenile. Possibly Kittiwake?
Not great images I know. My first go at BIF. Crit still welcome.

EDIT: not Kittiwake - they have black legs

Black headed gulls have red beaks even this time of year. ,I will go with common gull
 
Common gull for me too or black headed :)

I looked at this after Allen @F1.2 had replied and thought he was correct, looking again I still agree, winter Black-headed gull

looking again I still agree, winter Black-headed gull
Orange beak with a black tip orangery coloured feet, and the give away is the dirty ear stripe.
Other gulls have black marks / dots there but the black headed gull is the only one with that shape.
(save the Kittiwake but they have far more black on their wings / tail)
I see 1000's of them ( BH Gulls) scavenging on land fill as the weather gets colder.

I am a member at a boat club , we have 100's of them , One even pooped on my head :puke: :LOL:
 
Just out of interest in summer plume the black head is actually very dark brown
