The recent thread on concert photography, lockdown and the resurrection of my film scanner has had me looking through more of my old negatives.
This one popped up.
I'd been brought up on Northern Soul and had no idea who this chap was.
I do now !

This was another day and again I had no idea who he was.
The snapper next to me kept saying "He's a legend. He's a legend".

It was early days as part my job.
No-one was really interested in doing concerts so I used to volunteer.
Some were published, most didn't make it but it was just great fun.
