Thank you! You know that if you tap on the screen you can set a point which is used for focus and exposure, and that the volume up button acts as a shutter release?

Other than that it's down to composition, I think.

The light was good - flattish but coming from behind and to the side of the ducks, and I'd already spotted the leading lines. I approached slowly snapping as I got closer and closer. Processing was a slight saturation and contrast boost and a tilt-shift effect to give the impression of reduced DoF - it looks hopelessly overdone full size but on the phone screen it looked about right.
