Lovely looking dog and always great to try new toys on but the 1st 2 shots are either OOF, too sharpened or just soft, the other 2 are better but still not sharp and like the others, to me imo something is not right.
 
Looking at them again you correct. The photos are probably chosen from an emotional point of view rather than a technical one. Not my sharpest shots but I loved the light and they will remind me of a nice evening

Photos are always worth keeping as a lovely memory and to look back on in years to come.
 
What a gorgeous pooch!
That first shot really captures personality imo.
