I've Got My Eye On You - Common Lizard - Lacerta vivipara

Common Lizard - Lacerta vivipara, unusual for reptiles as it gives birth to live young as oppsoed to laying eggs. I think this might be a feamle... I do have more shots, just haven't got around to processing. But this is the third time on similar days that I've seen lizards in this spot behind Pendle Hill.........

I see hundreds every year but I do live in a warmer climate though

Nice to see a lizard - don't think I've ever seen one in the wild, certainly not when I've had a camera with me.

Thanks everyone, I will post some more. I know the females change colour more often than males and the colour range can be quite wide.. I've been looking back on others I've taken in the same spot and they were far more brown/yellow but was showing signs of moulting.
