A nice set of some early Harriers.....................IMO one of the most iconic British Warplanes, so sad that we did not keep one in an airworthy condition ~ tragic :(

Can you say where these were taken?

PS I went to RAF Cottesmore in 2010 to see the last flight of the UK Harrier force.......hope this is not hi-jacking your thread but here is one from that day, or should that be two ;)

Super set of a great aircraft.

First is at Chetton. I didn't know they had photoshoots of that little beauty.
Love the B&W shot of her deployed onto the field Steve

The other three frames are at Cosford.....though not taken on the same day/evening that I was standing next to you on the MEWP ;)

Really nice collection of photographer's photographs Steve. Nice work.

I'm not sure about the pilot folding arms, that's fine if he was a Formula One driver or any other professional sports person or even an actor, I rather prefer the pilot to look more like photos numbers 3 and 7, very much like a proper RAF pilot. Great photos, expect for the pilot folding arms.

Are these from one of the Threshold organised events.

Excellent pictures but again, very much a matter of personal taste but I'm not sure what the reenactors add to pictures.
