Like the light, but not the pose. I think she's looking too much to the rear and it doesn't look natural.
The hand looks awkward too.
I'd also clone out the specks on her chest.
Ive never done this type of shoot, and not sure i'd do any better to be fair, but there's potential to get some great shots.

Your profile say's your images can be edited so, taking into account what the others have said, why not make a crop? I'm guessing her jacket was actually black so I have learnt to drop the blues so it shows the true colour. Incidentally, I would have taken the same photo as your original but part of a series and chosen one of that set as a favourite.
