A few people have already said it - you're not going to get much useful critique unless you tell us what you were trying to achieve.
If you just want to show off your work and you're not looking for critique then this would be a better place to post:

What does having it out of focus add to the image? Not much, I think, just some ugly bokey and some ugly colours. It kind of adds a slight sense of movement but there are more effective ways of doing that.

Fair enough.
I don't agree with this… at all.
There is a great story telling in this take expressed
through a cool impressionistic approach rendition.
As a bright sunny day, it is darn good as it is, IMO,
but a tad too bright for layout BG.

Exactly what it doesn't do for you, it does for me…
- No ID just happiness
- no gender… just peaceful kids silhouettes
- no details but impressions, plenty
- blending joyful colours… even the light is happy
focus has to go to the evocation and not the description.

No, but I still reckon the more arty / less accessible an image, the more context is needed.

I like this better than the other de-focussed image from Pomo - much more story going on.
I think this would be better in 'General photography' because it's not water droplets and similar.
