Good evening,
Would anyone be able to identify the pictured Ladybird please? Had a look in all my books but can't seem to find it.

Looks like a harlequin ladybird, a non native invasive species which is probably why it's not in your books. They're also very variable in their markings. They're not good news for our native species unfortunately.
 
I'd say Harlequin too.. They do vary quite a lot in their markings, as @Box Brownie pointed out.
A none indigenous pest species.
Once they run out of aphids they turn their attention to our native ladybirds, caterpillar eggs, and anything similar they can shove in their gob!

They eat each other as well, but sadly not enough.
 
I've only seen a single ladybird so far this year. I usually have loads in the garden so don't know what has happened to them this year.
